The Service

ARC Journal is a personal reading tracker for Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) reviewers: organizing your library, deadlines, notes, and review drafts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

Use ARC Journal for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data without permission, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Your Content

You own the books, notes, and review drafts you add to ARC Journal. We don’t claim ownership over your content, we just store it so the app can display it back to you.

Service “As Is”

ARC Journal is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARC Journal and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Termination

You may stop using ARC Journal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
